Cumin and Coriander Falafels (v)
Moreish falafels, made with fragrant coriander and cumin are served alongside a sweet potato puree and couscous bejewelled with pomegranate and dried apricots.
Typical values per 400gr serving.
Chickpeas, Couscous (Wheat), Sweet Potato, Apricot, Pomegranate, Pine Nuts (Nuts), Parsley, Coriander Leaves, Lemon Zest, Gram Flour, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic, Turmeric, Red Onion, Sumac, Olive Oil.

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat in the microwave on high for 3 minutes 30 seconds or until piping hot through. Let stand for 1 minute before enjoying!
Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge. Once defrosted, follow the heating guidelines above.
