Veggie Power Bowl
This nutrient-dense, vibrant dish is not only packed full of ingredients to make you feel amazing, but it is also full of flavour to boot. Grilled courgette, carrots, peppers, onion and edamame beans are served with a fibre-rich freekeh and quinoa base and topped with a selection of nourishing nuts, seeds and a citrusy squeeze of fresh lemon.

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat in the microwave on high for 3 minutes 30 seconds or until piping hot through. Let stand for 1 minute before enjoying!
Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge. Once defrosted, follow the heating guidelines above.
